The Rev. Pete Neeley, a Catholic priest, runs a soup kitchen through a church-affiliated program in Mexico. He said he sees people being returned to Mexico who have a legal right to stay in the United States but can't afford representation or don't understand our laws. He said, "These are human beings. These are your brothers and sisters."
